Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (General Regulation on the protection of personal data), the following information is provided.

The data controller

"Owner"), as the data controller, informs pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (later, "GDPR") that all the treatments of personal data carried out by the owner will be marked by the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidentiality and the rights of the interested parties.


Personal data

According to art. 4 - n.1 - of EU Regulation n. 2016/679, by personal data we mean any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person (interested).

Purpose and legal base

Your personal data are processed in the context of specific treatments for the purposes and by virtue of the legal bases reported below. 

A. Type of treatment: purchase of online

Purpose: conclude and execute the purchase contract of the products offered on the website. We also deal with your personal data for the additional execution activities of the
contract, such as payment, billing, shipment of the product and possible management of the return

Legal basis: execution of the sale contract of which you are part from the moment in which the terms and conditions of sale, fulfillment of legal
, accounting and administrative legal and legitimate interest obligations of the owner for the possible exercise of the rights of the owner of the treatment in court

B. Type of treatment: registration on the site and services offered for registered users

Purpose: registration on the site is possible by entering some personal information, necessary to guarantee your identification and performance of the services offered

Legal base: conclusion and execution of a contract

C. Type of treatment: newsletter

Purpose: sending of information and advertising nature relating to this website

Legal base: your consent. Registration in the mailing list only takes place upon your authorization

D. Type of treatment: Customer Service

Purpose: the owner offers an assistance service (through chat/email/telephone) for every need linked to the purchase of our products or the use of our services. In some cases
we can ask you your personal data when this is necessary to respond to the requests that you will contact customer service

Legal basis: the need to carry out the purchase and purchase contract of pre -contractual products or measures based on your request

E. Type of treatment: Fidelity Card

Purpose: manage participation in the Fidelity Card program in order to provide members with a series of advantages, and, more generally, for all
related contractual and administrative obligations. In the registration form, some data are mandatory, while the release of some data and some specific authorizations is optional.

Legal basis: the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is part or the execution of pre -contractual measures adopted at the request of the same, and in
part it is based on the consent of the interested party.

By adhering to the program, you consent to the processing of the data necessary for the performance of the loyalty program, while you can choose optionally, and with the performance of
individual and separated acclaim, to also subscribe to the newsletter, request advertising, and send your data for marketing and profiling purposes. Furthermore, with a separate consent you can
authorize the owner to send your data to Google as part of the Google Store Sale service, which offers advanced measurement of sales in the shop and data of
improved reports to better optimize online ads.

You can always revoke the consent given and oppose the treatment, as explained in the paragraph dedicated to your rights.

F. Type of treatment: advertising

Purpose: sending commercial and promotional communications following the purchase of our product or registration to our service or loyalty program. Following
the purchase of one of our products on the site, we could send you to the e-mail address that you have provided us with communications containing our commercial proposals on products and services related

G. Type of treatment: Profilated marketing (profiling for marketing purposes)

Purpose: we will use the data that releases online to use individual services (for example, the data issued to make purchases or data issued following the adhesion to the
loyalty program) to process them and allow us to develop products and services with characteristics in line with your preferences and interests and be able to be able to send you communications as an advertising nature as close as possible to your tastes. In order to be able to better understand your tastes and interest in our products, we can use automated systems that do not involve, in any case, legal effects or other significant effects for the interested party

H. Type of processing: Navigation data

Purpose: while visiting our website the IT systems responsible for the functioning of the same acquire some data (for example: IP addresses, names and domain, URI) whose
transmission is implicit and necessary for the operation of the Internet. The owner uses these data to the sole purpose of allowing users navigation and obtain
anonymous statistical information on the use of sites and to control correct functioning or to ascertain responsibility in the hypothesis of IT crimes

Legal basis: the legitimate interest in guaranteeing the correct functioning of the IT systems

J. Type of treatment: participation in events, events, competitions


Purpose: we will use the data provided to allow you to participate in specific initiatives in which you can decide to participate from time to time. For each event you will be
provided with specific information inherent in the purposes of the processing

Legal base: contractual fulfillment. The treatment will be placed only by acceptance of a specific regulation.

K. Type of treatment: statistics

Purpose: creation of statistical reports and behavioral models in order to examine - in aggregate form - the effectiveness of the economic point of view of commercial initiatives and to
direct promotional initiatives.

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the owner to analyze - in pseudonymized form (without therefore information directly attributable to individual customers) - customers' data
to obtain information relating to the customer's purchasing behavior, the ways in which customers interact through the various communication channels and
the effectiveness of commercial and promotional initiatives

However, it will always be possible for the customer to ask the owner further clarifications inherent to the concrete legal base of each treatment and the methods of carrying out
it.

Personal data are processed in compliance with the conditions provided for by the EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular by art. 6 - par. 1 lett. e) - and from art. 2 ter of Legislative Decree 196/2003
"Code regarding the protection of personal data". Membership of the chosen services can be revoked at any time independently using the same adhesion mode. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the treatments carried out on the basis of the adhesion expressed before the revocation itself.

Types of data processed

The categories of personal data that the owner collects and treats when you browse, use web services or products products are as follows:

  • personal data, such as name, surname, genre, age/date of birth, profession, residence or domicile;
  • Contact information, such as address, e-mail, telephone number, mobile number;
  • data relating to the payment method; data for the possible billing and for the shipment of the products;
  • connection, geolocation and navigation data, such as IP address, cookies and similar technologies
  • data relating to purchase and navigation preferences, marketing data, events on events (navigation, purchases, installations etc.)
  • more information necessary for the performance of the requested services

There are no particular categories of personal data.
The compulsory or optional nature of the transfer is specified from time to time - with reference to the individual information requested. Any refusal to communicate the data
marked as mandatory makes it impossible for the owner to perform the contract or provide the services available. The provision of further data is, however, optional.

Methods of treatment

The treatment takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and is marked by the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality ensuring the
relevance and proportionality of the information collected and used with respect to the purpose described. The processing of your personal data will take place through the use of
IT, telematic and paper tools and supports in compliance with the provisions of the law and regulations.

The owner can collect personal data 

  • Directly from you, if you register to make an online purchase on the site, create an account or subscribe to the Fidelity Card program, participate in an event in prizes or
    promotional initiatives, ask a question or interact with our customer support services. When you register with your social account, in particular, your Facebook or Google account, the owner will get the personal data you choose to share through these social media services based on their privacy settings. As a result, the data will be shared with the Social Media service and, possibly, shared on your social profile. We therefore ask you to refer to the privacy policy of these third -party third party suppliers to find out more about these policies.

The owner can collect third party data directly from you. The possible indication (for example, for the shipment of the product) of personal and contact data of any third
party other than you represents a processing of personal data with respect to which you can as an autonomous owner, taking on all the obligations and responsibilities provided for by the current legislation on personal data. In this sense, guarantee the owner that any third party data that will be indicated by you has been acquired by you in full compliance with the current legislation on personal data and that there is a identical legal basis that legitimate the communication of these personal data of third parties to the owner, manning the latter from any dispute, claim, request for compensation for the damage that may be received from any third party deriving from the aforementioned communication.

Nature of the treatment

The provision of data is in principle optional, but their failure to provide does not allow you to take advantage of the full functionality of the site, rendered either of specific services
(Fidelity Card).

Communication and dissemination

Personal data can be the subject of communication or dissemination, as explained to the next paragraph.

Categories of data recipients

The treatments are carried out by authorized persons and committed to confidentiality and responsible for the related activities in relation to the purposes pursued.
The treatment can also be carried out by people attributable to external subjects who act on behalf of the Data Controller and specifically designated as
Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Data recipients can also be third parties, such as the suppliers of cookies or commercial partners, to carry out some of their services and related activities, to which it will transmit the necessary personal data.

For example, through API Conversions, the owner shares online and offline data with destination or Google, which will get the personal data you choose to share through these services based on
their privacy settings. As a result, the data will be shared with the third party subject, after your consent. We therefore ask you to refer to the privacy information of these third party suppliers to find out more about these policies.

Data storage

The data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected, different according to the type of activity that provides for the processing of
your personal data. Once this period has expired, your data will be definitively deleted or in any case made anonymous irreversiblely.

Your personal data are preserved by us in compliance with the terms and criteria specified below:

  • a) data collected to conclude and perform contracts for the purchase of goods on the website: until the conclusion of the administrative-accounting formalities. The data related to billing
    will be stored for ten years from the date of billing
  • b) data of the registered user: the data will be kept until you request the cancellation of your profile
  • c) data relating to payment: up to the certification of payment and the conclusion of the relative administrative-contracts resulting from the expiry of the right of withdrawal and the terms applied for the dispute of payment
  • d) data collected for adhesion to the Fidelity Card program: these data are kept until the registration of the loyalty service is canceled
  • e) marketing and commercial communication activities: these data are kept until the cessation of the activity or your request for interruption of the activity (opposition to reception) and in any case within 2 (two) years from your latest interaction.
  • f) e-mail address provided to receive our newsletters: up to your request for interruption of the activity (revocation of your consent or opposition to reception). You can, at
    any time, independently stop receiving these communications by simply clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of each of our newsletters
  • g) mobile phone number provided to receive our SMS (communications on news and commercial promotions): up to your request for interruption of the activity (revocation of your consent or opposition to reception).
  • h) data used for commercial communications, as well as for the personalization of commercial communications: up to your request for interruption of the activity and in any case
    within 2 (two) years from the last interaction.
  • i) data used to customize the site and to show personalized commercial offers: until you request the cessation of the activity and in any case within 2 (two) years
    from the last interaction.

Existence of an automated decision -making process

The data controller could use the data processed for an automated decision -making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the GDPR
2016/679, in particular for marketing, advertising or sending newsletters. In such cases, the treatment is always based on the consent given by the interested party.

Data transfer to third party country

The data processed for the aforementioned purposes are also transferred to other EU or non -EU countries, but are not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or the
European Economic Space (See) who have not received a decision of adequacy.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party can exercise the rights specified in articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, indicated below:

  • Right of access to personal data or to know whether or not a processing of their data is underway, for what purposes and for what types of data, as well as the recipients
    and the period of conservation of the same (art.15);
  • Right to rectification or the right to obtain, without unjustified delay, the modification of its inaccurate data by the data controller (art.16);
  • Right to cancellation ("right to oblivion") or the right to obtain the cancellation of the personal data that concern the data controller without unjustified delay, for the reasons referred to in the relative provision of the GDPR specifically including the possibility of revocation of consent (art.17)
  • Right of limitation of the processing, or to limit the use of data by the data controller in the following cases: dispute of the accuracy of the data, opposition to the processing in the event of illegal processing, use for the purposes of exercising rights in judicial and simultaneous excess of processing by the Data Controller, in more of the verification of the legitimate interest of the owner compared to those of the interested party (art. 18);
  • Right to data portability, or the right to receive your personal data in a structured format of common use and readable from automatic device on which to transfer them
    to another owner, in the event that the treatment takes place on the basis of consent or is performed with automated vehicles (art.20);
  • Right of opposition to the processing of your personal data (art. 21).
